"If I can give them 0 stars I would. My wife and purchased home and auto insurance with them. We were supposed to get a $178 credit which they kept assuring us we would be credited on the next bill and it has never happened. It’s been months. They quoted our auto insurance for $158 a month but we are being charged $268. Every time my wife speaks to them to get answers, no one knows. They keep brushing us off saying they will get back to us and never does. Not even a follow up phone call saying they are working on it. Just dead silence for months unless we reach out and it’s always that they’ll get back to us. My wife left a google review and now they say they were gathering information and tried to reach out. If they were gathering information then they could have emailed or called letting us know they are looking into it but they didn’t for months until the review was left. No communication whatsoever in months until the review. These people don’t know what they’re doing giving misleading information. How can no one know why we didn’t get credited for the $178 or why we are paying more than what we were quoted for months until a review was left and now they want to reach out with information?"

"Update: it’s funny how now they want to reach out after reading this review. You guys were not gathering information because Kristine didn’t even have the decency to email me back stating she will look into it. Completely ignored me till I left this review and now magically they’re reaching out to me after months of no communication. What a joke. This is the worst agent ever. Madison Mcafee told me I would get credited for the first payment I made which I never did and it’s been months. Every time I call them about the credit, they said they’ll get back to me and never do. I spoke to another agent in the same office by Trey Sewell who said he’ll look into and get back to me which he never did. They quoted me at $158 a month for insurance but they been charging me $268. Every time I call about it they can’t explain to me why. Even Trey Sewell says he doesn’t know why. Kristine Guinness emailed me that a bill is due. I emailed her back asking bout my credit and she emailed me back “ Good Afternoon, What were you anticipating seeing a credit for? I do see the charge of 176.43 on your billing history. I don't see why it is supposed to be credited back. Please let me know so I can take care of this for you. Thanks”. I emailed her back explaining the situation and of course never got back to me either. This is by far the worst unaorgnaized unknowledgable insurance company I have ever dealt with. It’s been months and still have no answers and no one in that office can explain anything. They are crooks. I have text messages where they keep telling me the credit will come on the next bill and it never does. I text Madison to call me and never does. This is not customer service and no one in that office knows what they are doing. They don’t know why I didn’t get credit and they don’t know why I’m paying $268 instead of the $158 they quoted me. Trey Sewell told me it should be $158 next month and it wasn’t. I’m still paying $268 and every time I call they say they’ll will find out and get back to me and never does."

Kristine worked diligently today to gather all the information you would need to better understand your billing questions and what to expect moving forward. She tried reaching out and then shortly after, we received notice you are changing agents. We are regretful in that we weren't able to discuss this with you further."

"I really enjoy working with Alex and his team. Although SF is generally more expensive for me in auto, I really appreciate the detail the team takes to serve the customer. Kristine, Alex and Trey are great at explaining coverages. I also really like the SF Personal Articles policy since it provides really good coverages that would provide a cash payout in the event of loss. The policy is independent of other Home/Renters policies."

"I have been a customer with State Farm for over 30 years. I been at this State Farm Agent location before it was Alex Quilis! Ever since we bought new car from my husband and now my daughter its been a big mess with our bill. Also. check better business bureau for State Farm. Update to the response: I did reach out to your office twice, I emailed Madison. Madison turned it over to Kristine to handle the situation. I sent another email to her and still waiting. I keep getting the bill but no one from corporate is making the change!"

"The process of getting insurance was easy and the agent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I signed up for the drive safe and save program and that's the only thing I'm not excited about since the savings is only allowed as long as you remain monitored. If you quit the program you lose the discount. Oh well, other than that so far so good."
