"This office has been especially helpful to me in transitioning to State Farm. I had some self-induced bumps along the way, as well as errors by my former insurance agent, but they have been great, and always so polite! I also had a recent accident where they were incredibly prompt in helping! As an update, an additional repair had to be done due to a 3rd party tow company inducing damages. Oh my was this a huge issue with getting the 3rd party to accept liability and pay accordingly. However, this office....Alex, Kristen, and so much extra above and beyond by Madison, got it all worked out! This is why I stay with State Farm.....so worth it!"
